Felt Advent Calendar Update

Thanks to those who generously waited since December to grab number 12 for the advent calendar!

Number 12. The Ball

This represents the decorations and ornaments we pout on the Christmas tree. An old legend says that when Jesus was born, everyone brought him a gift, including treed. The olive tree gave an olive, the magnolia tree gave a flower, but the fir tree had nothing to give and was pushed to the back by the others. The angels felt so sorry that they decorated the small tree and made it glitter and shine. The Christ Child was so pleased that he asked everyone to decorate trees every year to please children all over the world.
